Since, I was not prepared to make my own paste, I opted to find a recipe that used the ready made laksa paste. I used Por Kwan for this version, as indicated in the recipe. I actually made mine spicier and added more lemongrass to my dish. Overall, this was a successful food experiment. And, I finally used the bowl I bought when I met Gordon Ramsay this year. 😊 @Food.Lovers.Life
